Private tuition

225164_4506041248002_406152926_nMarina is available to teach junior and adult handling privately to exhibitors/clubs/society’s – from beginners, who need to go through the basics – or to brush up the skills of the more advanced.

The training is on a one-to-one basis and she will go through all areas of handling needed. She is available to train in her home town of Bournemouth, mostly at weekends however she may be able to travel some distances, depending on circumstances.

Published the book called ‘Junior Handling The White Way‘.

A DVD version of her book, produced by DOG WORLD TV, called ‘Marina Scott’s Complete Guide to Junior Handling’ was launched in September 2011

She has won CCs in Border Collies, Beagles, Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retrievers, Dalmatians and Basset Fauve de Bretagnes and made up multiple Champions.


She runs and trains handlers at several junior handling training weekends a year in which has attracted up to 40 handlers per time.

She has also been ‘hired out’ by the KC’s Young Kennel Club, Jersey Dog Training Club, Guernsey Dog Training Club, Detling Ringcraft Club, North Dorset Ringcraft Club, Midlands Border Collie Club, The Basset Griffon Club and Border Collie Club of Great Britain to speak and train at their handling events.

Marina trained junior and adult handlers at Poole Canine Club for several years.
